ISO Yuletide
Cookies and Cocoa with the ISO
Arrival: Please plan to arrive at the Hilbert Circle Theatre 2 hours prior to
concert time. (We open doors to the public one hour before concert time). Upon
Arrival, you will sign in with your Cookie Coordinator and receive
positions/instructions.
Positions: Three to four volunteers will be assigned per table: one to handle
money, two to serve cookies and one to serve cocoa. We may also have two to
four volunteers on mobile cookie sales. If you have questions, please ask your
cookie coordinator.
Parking: Express Park (20 N. Pennsylvania St.), located on the southwest
corner of Market & Pennsylvania Street, is connected by a covered walkway to
Hilbert Circle Theatre. The garages at Circle Center Mall with entrances off of
West Washington, Maryland and Georgia Street are also convenient. Parking
may also be found at parking meters. Please allow ample time for parking.
Attire: Feel free to wear your favorite holiday attire, including your ugly
Christmas sweater! It is a good idea to wear comfortable shoes; you could be on
your feet for up to three hours. Aprons are provided by ISO.
Seating: Due to the popularity of the concerts, you may not be able to enjoy the
concert from a seat, but may enjoy through the glass from the Main Floor
Lobby. If capacity allows, an usher will seat you at an appropriate time, but
priority and consideration is given to our ticketed patrons.
